EMTHINGS Return Policy

Returns

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Smart Medication Organizer, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in original condition.

  • The product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and components.

  • The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification.

Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Products showing signs of excessive use or contamination.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling or modification.

  • Consumable components (if applicable).

Defective or Damaged Items

If your device arrives defective, damaged, or does not function as intended:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide order details and photos/videos showing the issue.

We will offer one of the following at our discretion:

  • Replacement device

  • Repair support

  • Refund

Return Process

  1. Contact customer support at support@emthings.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return.

  3. Wait for return authorization and instructions before shipping.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping Costs

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.

Warranty

Your Smart Medication Organizer includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

Platform-Specific Purchases

If purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces, their return policies may apply in addition to this policy.
