Returns
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your Smart Medication Organizer, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in original condition.

The product must be returned with all original accessories, packaging, and components.

The item must not show signs of misuse, damage, or unauthorized modification.
Returns requested after the return window may not be accepted unless required by applicable law.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Products showing signs of excessive use or contamination.

Items damaged due to improper handling or modification.

Consumable components (if applicable).
Defective or Damaged Items
If your device arrives defective, damaged, or does not function as intended:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide order details and photos/videos showing the issue.

Shipping Costs

Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
Warranty
Your Smart Medication Organizer includes a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use. Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.

If purchased through Amazon, Walmart, or other marketplaces, their return policies may apply in addition to this policy.
